Brock: Federal housing officials not satisfied that 2008 H.O.M.E. grant was properly accounted for
Brock made the statements at a meeting of the League of Women Voters government committee on Thursday during an almost two hour overview of his office’s audit of H.O.M.E., which received a $427,000 federal grant in 2008.
Based on his comments Thursday, Brock is continuing to seek more information and documents related to H.O.M.E., a charity founded by Brock's 2012 political opponent with an all-volunteer board and no paid staff that closed down in 2010.
