Who's Impartial?

Lee County commissioners have asked their attorneys to take a hard look at a portion of their Administrative Code, specifically a section that forbids televising political debates in county chambers with county broadcast equipment except for General Elections and to allow sponsorships only by groups found by the county to be “impartial.”
