Naples, Fla. -- Collier Commissioner Georgia Hiller accused her longtime political ally Clerk of Courts Dwight Brock of corruption and illegal handling of the county’s lucrative banking services contract on Tuesday.
“The process was illegal. The process was defective …This process would be considered nothing less than corrupt,” Hiller said of Brock’s handling of the county's banking services request for proposals and contract award made by Brock in his sole discretion.
